Any suggustions on a better term to use in front of the custys to identify the process of pre-spray. I have always thought pre-spray sounded kinda like a cheezy upsell and non professional. (ps, I do not "sell" pre spray, it is part of my process)

Advanced agitation and extraction enhancement soil release agent soloution application process = ok, too much

Other Ideas? Maybe a little shorter. I thank you all!

prespray
Pre vac

Acid rinse

They all sound kind of corny and dangerous to the consumer.

I almost always use the term prespray, just out of habit. I really doubt the customers even notice, or care. However, on occasions when I let Forsythe get into my head too much, I have tried using the term carpet conditioner, or pre-conditioner, and just like with the term prespray, I doubt the customer noticed or really even GAS.

However, I felt like an idiot.

Just talk normal and stop trying to be a scientist.

We're just cleaning carpet.

If I say to my "cLIeNts" prespray I explain that carpet is fabric on the floor and as if I'm doing laundry I will apply a pretreat to loosen up the soils and I will rinse them away with my

16 INCH CASTEX FOUR JET WAND.
