Hi Jim,
I am wondering if you can give me advice for upholstery cleaning a new sofa.
This clown has ruined a new couch. He did not investigate the fabric properly prior to steam cleaning and have left browning stain.
I've since had advice that for $300 a real professional can try to fix it, but we don’t know what kind of damage the material has already.
My fabric is Zepel Bronco-Natural white wash stain. I was advised by a real professional this type of material that we not allow to steam clean or use high in alkaline type of chemical.
I have in it brown fabric that creates what we call a browning stain after water touches it.
The only way of cleaning this kind of material is with Haitian cotton shampoo that getting applied on the material with a sponge and it is in a foam forum then has to be vacuum dried of the material.
I would appreciate it if you can give me any advice what I should try before decide to hire another professional cleaner. I look forward to hearing from you. Thank you.
