How much would you charge to upholstery clean:

129 Chairs

3 Loves seats

1 Small Couch



You would need to split up the trip and do half and half as it is at a medical center and they can’t have all the chairs cleaned at the same time.

Also, they are a 24/7 facility so you will need to go in later in the evening during the week to do the work.

I can't tell you what to charge since our costs are completely different, but what I've done is figure out how long it would take me to do a chair, than put the numbers together from there. This would give you a good idea of what you should charge, after looking at your costs.

what kind of "chairs"??

some chairs can be cleaned in 2 minutes
some can take 20 or more
