Upselling brochures?

Does anyone really have an example or two you could email me? I Am trying to get one put together and would like to follow what someone else has, just change things up so they apply to me. I know I can search on google but I would like to see something YOU are using.

Is it a pain to email one? what if you just take a couple pictures on your phone and shoot it over?
