Urine Stain Remover Shelf life

Does anybody know the shelf life of Pros choice Urine stain remover?

I have had a bottle on the truck for a while and it still burnt the crap out my fingers and turned it white after a year. I dont think its really a whole lot differant than 40 volume is it?

I got a case of the older version that is from 2007.. didn't do a darn thing to my fingers.
