Makes me warm and fuzzy knowing that my tax dollars paid for them tires that they just wasted.

I have heard of this car, its a private guy that built it....BUT HE can not drive it to shows, because of the officer stuff....and if i remember hearing right, its either
A. donated time from the officers who drive it
B. he foots the bill for them to take it to shows
I think it was A. Because they like the power

I always thought that kind of thing was a stupid waste of money.
