My vac hose got a little too close truck exhaust today. I could feel the loss of vacuum and hear the hose burbling. One more thing to watch out for.

yep, had the vac hose move under the truck after I got the new Titan with the floor exhaust kit. melted a hole right though it.
Then there was the time I was cleaning an apartment (was a loooooooooooong time ago) and the lawn care guy thought he would mow over the hoses with his rider. At least he missed the solution hose.

Yeah, today was a Damon day. First the vac hose sliding under the truck, then the truck dying on me. Good thing, it was a $1000 plus day, made a new customer by removing red wine from a white linen sofa and some (natural fiber) rug. Very wealthy lady right on the waterfront in one of Vancouver's most luxurious neighborhood. The truck died just as I finished. Probably what I made today, I will spend on repairs.
