Van plastic panels

I'm looking at a van that has these gray plastic wall panels with e-track. Is there any problem with having these in the cargo area? I will be putting a slide in TM in it.

I have them on my 04 chevy van on the walls with insulation behind them. I,m in south Flordia lots of rain, but can,t hear it with rhe panels. The outside noise is less with the panels, had them installed new when the floor was sprayed. jz.

Wondering if those panels are aftermarket or dealer?

My guess is after market.

Those wall panels are up in the $1000 range.. :/
