I am looking for suggestions on installing interior wall panels in a Promaster 1500 without spending $1000. Preformed or home made or other.

Insulate first. Mylar bubble is easy. Plywood has worked on several of our vans. Adds sound and thermal insulation, easy to attach other stuff.

I HATE diamond plate for anything other than "impression"

Diamond plate is great. Not as professional as glued on bubble wrap. But still good.

We use half inch insulation mounted on the wall studs then assemble a marine carpet epoxied to a Masonite board measured and cut for all exterior walls.

Hang on wall studs adding all the hangers or track system and your done. But it does take all day to do all of the walls.

I thought of Masonite as well. Marine carpet is a good idea. I may copy you on this. And you got it done before the song was over - impressive.

@dealtimeman Has no time to tie his own shoes, he's too busy making money........... Now you know why he still wears velcro.......

Me on the other hand leave my laces loose, I'm too lazy to tie them......:shifty:
