VCT pricing?

I don't do much vct stripping and waxing but I have a chance at a janitorial account at this place so I agreed to do it. Its about 500sqft of vct and 675 of carpet cleaning. The floor is 2 yrs old and has had nothing done to it but a weekly mopping, it looks like there is a decent amount of wax on it but in bad shape. I plan to stripp and apply 4 coats of finish to it. There is no furniture to move, there are about 6 or 7 small areas that are being done. Not sure on what to charge for this? I was thinking about .75 cents per ft?

The rate around here is .25 to .50 per square foot.

I have never done over 1,000 I am sure you would have to go down considerably after this

I start @ $400 to show up (1000 sq ft min) $0.40 a sq ft. In increments of 3000 sqft come down a few cents per square ft... I bottom out @$0.28. Unless there is a burnishing/maint plan in place. Service agreements save an additional 5% off of those prices.
