Just a reminder, if you haven't done so,

Might want to remember to bring your note pad to the vehicles you do tax deductions on.

I had 8 vehicles to take notes on today about miles and 2 with truckmount hours.

One vehicle had been sold earlier in the year, but I was lucky to remember to add the mileage I have going in my list.

I had it in my planner as a reminder and already entered the notes to my on going chart.

Have a great new year!

There are sometimes we have company get togethers and meet and greats on our Little "putt putt" Pontoon boat

Had to give up the speed boats....but not the speed entirely!

50 mph triple toon, with 200hp supercharged outboard merc Verado!

Super Charged 70 mph 250 hp Seadoo with the Mini Schnauzer

And my limp....all brought to me by all the past fun I used to have!

Two employees and eight company vehicles.

The American way.

I was thinking the same thing today Marty....

But one of those vehicles was traded in March, so it is just on the list....

Currently in the stable of vehicles:

2) GMC and Butler units
1) Dodge Ram 4 x 4 for plowing and trailer pulling, run around)
1) 2014 Dodge Ram for all the comfortable get around and running (wife drives this the most :icon_cry: )
1) 2011 Jeep Wrangler (for run around, estimates and Marketing )
1) 2003 Chevy Avalanche for Number 1 (the son in law) as he needs to be ready on moments notice for emergency work and this was part of a pay raise last year.

And there are actually 3 of us Full timers (don't forget my wife or we will all get a good reminding :eekk: )

Here's Some Eye Candy :)

I keep a running calculation for my fuel usage through the year. I calculate the TM fuel usage based on hours for each fill up, and the remander goes to van fuel usage. ( I use the actual cost deduction for the van ). I've noticed a huge reduction in TM fuel usage since putting the Thermalwave Vortec in service in July. 1.4 GPH for the Thermalwave, almost 3 GPH for the Genesis 59, carborated. Everything is consistant over the years to keep the red flags down!

Yeah, I know, an old fashion legal pad and a calculator. But it works for me.
