Vendor Churning

I have fallen victim to this myself. An apartment complex hires a vendor with 60 day payment terms. After 60 days the vendor has not been paid and stops work. The apartment manager hires a new vendor. Maybe it’s time to start calling these companies out and start a black list.

I finally received my check today 8 months late.
Had to file a lien (they ignored)
Stood out front with a sign saying ( xxxapts has not paid their carpet cleaning bill $1200.00 owed since March 2010) Got a check the next day. Everyone that saw me just shook their head in disgust.
