It's a great marketing idea. Pets and kids keep us in business. Low end clientele will rent that crap to suck cat piss, but most people know better that machine is not going to be the solution to their problem

Most of my custys have some type of "Bissel" unit for kids and pet spots in their homes. I love it when they try to clean a whole room with those units. I was cleaning a rental last week, and a renter came over from a house across the street, asked how much to cloean 2 small empty rooms. I gave him the "minimum" price response, but after seeing the easiness of the job, I cut it by half. He ended up giving me just about what I wanted, cause he was so impressed.

He told me he had spent 2 hours on a 4x4 square by the door with a Bissel, and couldn't move the dirt like my TM. I like the Bissels!
