I guess it's good they have a boomer hotline......but couldn't I just call Rick (or my distributor) if I had a problem with my Vibe and wanted to talk about it? Looks like he carries most parts and orbot has a pretty good manual/parts diagram online.

Thanks for your advice. Ordered the Phoenix from Rick because I had talked to them about it previously. Delivery sometime after the first of the year. Holdup has been getting motors to TOPS.
Rick said the shortage of CBR machines is due to the company that made the motors going out of business, but they're working on another source.

I have no idea how old my Vibe is. 3-4 years. It is a no maintenance money printing monster. I’m sure the TOPS is the same. Flip a quarter and go for it.
