VC tile confuses me and i have done tile forever....

VCT is what its called....or for the uneducated call it "grocery store tile"


also, not a very good example...that floors not that bad...in fact it looked like it was a floor that had no finish on it



on a side note.....what type of finish do you use for wood floors

I wouldn't strip that floor it still had some nice finish. I would of taken some VCT cleaner a red pad and scrubbed it squeegie, rinse and apply some finish()I like betco hybrid)( and that floor would look 10 times better than stripping to the foundation.

Hi Guys!

That was a new floor I have to agree I could have used a much better example and will in the future when I get a chance. Most prospects just want to know who to call for the service so I changed the vct (vinyl composite tile) to vc tile as most people that call don't know what to call it and I wanted to make sure tile is in my keywords for them. We use unitex products on the vct and for wood floors we use basic coatings products. Both we purchased from jon-don.

ahhhh i suppose...most people when they say tile tend to mean ceramic....

but then again it could just be a regional thing...

of course some of the stuff i have been asked to "wax" make me shake my head
