Anyone know how much to charge for installing Vinyl Plank Flooring?
Also, what is the charge for tearing out Ceramic Tile and backer board on a wood sub floor?

I can make money at $2 sq ft labor in large open straight square/rectangle rooms .
Need $3 to $5 sf in small, chopped up areas where there's tons of cutting and/or two dozen door jambs to undercut

underlayment or major floor prep is additional

But I figure 2 men one day to demo complete appx 600sf on the worst ones

"complete" meaning all in the dumpster and vac/prep'd for new floor , tools cleaned and put away

Thanks Larry. I was thinking $2 as well but charging more for small areas also makes sense because that really slows you down. I need to give a price tomorrow and sometimes I over complicate these things, like pricing the tile tear out.
