Thanks Mike!

Left a message for Ted at Aero Tech, and Parker Store is tracking down the part now.

i wrote the part # down before the Vortex manuals went off-line. !gotcha!

It's a Parker Hydrolic Valve for a Chelsea PTO part # 379686.

My local Blueline disty said it was $385.00 +. Hoping to save a few bucks cuz I've already spend my Mikeyfest budget on vortex repairs. :-(

I figure it's best I stay away from the festivities anyhow... I get a little crazy sometimes.

Bumped my head once too often i guess...

But I'm working hard to become a kinder, gentler, carpet cleaning fool...

Found it!!!

Parker Store $164 plus next day air... I'll have it in my hands friday.

Looks like I'll be scrubbing rugs and turning wrenches while the rest of you are enjoying mikeyfest...

Thanks Jimbo!!! I'm looking for a helmet with a drool cup and a picture of Barney the Dinosour on it.

Enjoy!!!

It gets better!

Aerotech called and Ted has the part for only $156.00.

It doesn't stop there.

You know vortex proprietary heat tranfer fluid called Xentherm? The disty wants $500 for five gallons. I order it myself from dynalene for half price.

Thinking my next truck will be Aerotech!!!

Installed the new valve last night.

Hopefully it will fix the "rpm up & down" problem once and for all.

Thought the fuel system tune up a few weeks ago fixed the problem but I was wrong.

I keep you posted.
