I just ordered 8 sets, but Jon Don did not have the reducer and JD nor Interlink has the starter cuffs.

I have them $5 each I have a bunch. I have 2.5"'starters and 2.5" sets and internal reducers and 2" male swivels and 2"-1.5" reducers all of them below cost
