Water damaged Pergo floor

Can someone let me know what the Xactimate price is for removing water damaged Pergo flooring and removing the kitchen cabinets on top of the floor.
We need to remove them to dry the drywall

During or after hours?

I need lineal footage of cabinetry to be removed, and is it being put back or is it a loss.

Also, are you removing or disconnecting the following: Sink, disposal, dishwasher, range (gas or elec), fridge.

Will you be capping lines or are the valves functional?

Do you want the bsc's as well?

And if you are doing the put back don't forget o&p @ +20%
