0 to 1200 PSI. Great pump. Had over 1000 hours on mine before rebuild. Easy to rebuild. Puts out some serious GPM. More than some TM pumps. Mine draws from a tank or direct. Also, I put a gauge on mine.

do you use it for pressure washing or for tile and grout cleaning?

I use it on upholstery, carpet and T&G. 1200 PSI would be pretty light pressure washing.
