Water quality and what to do?!?

So I recently just got a TDS tester from Amazon...

https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B007KDYOMU/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o03_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

My tap water from my shop is 400ppm and a PH of 7 when I tested it with a Extech digital PH meter...

My question is what route should I go to get better water? I was under the impression that Hawaii's water is one of the best in the US... I've heard of the RO and DI water, but I'm not cleaning windows or cars...

Should I just continue to use an acid rinse and not worry about it? Seems like 400ppm is on the higher side, am I over thinking this?

@LanceInAz @Larry Cobb or any other water guru's.......

Pure water is supposed to be 7Ph. Stop using acid rinses, does nothing in my opinion. Use a mildly alkaline extraction detergent that doesn't foam, like Procyon.
