Just recently came into some WD equipment and want to start offering this service to our clients. I've heard horror stories from other cleaners who really got took from some homeowners who didn't pay up after services were rendered. What kind of contracts/documents do you WD guys have the custy sign before you begin work??
I know nothing is bulletproof, but some kind of documentation/sign-off sheet to proceed with work would be prudent if you had to take someone to court, right? I want to protect the company as much as possible so any help here would be appreciated.

Thanks,
James

It wouldn't hurt to print those forms off and take them to your lawyer to customize and go over for you. Probably cost you about 150 bucks for them to do it, rather than write the whole thing themselves.
