What % of Xactware revenue comes from insurance companies? Looked it up without success. Also their parent company verisk: same question. Just curious.

Not polite to answer a question with a question I was just curious regarding the companies lean or loyalty:Contractors or insurance companies.

What I have heard is:
75% Insurance and Adjusters
25% Contractors

So where is "their" loyality?

Thanks Al. I really had no idea. In fairness to X, they have made some changes that I have requested. Pretty sure loyalty goes with the cash though. I do find it interesting that in the last 6 months it looks like more prices have gone down than up. With the increase in fuel that affects almost everything we do and buy I find that a little discouraging.

I noticed the drywall minimum here went from $299 to $260 I can't imagine any contractor's requesting that. the drywall charges have also been insanely low. in fact if I break even on them I consider myself lucky.

I consider anything other than rental as break even or slight loss.
