The duct crew got a tip this week for $40.00 each.

This same week and one of the carpet crews got $50.00 each...each.

I got ONE twenty in my whole cleaning career. Other that that maybe once or twice a year a five and I thought that was great.

Of course gas was .50 a gallon back then.

We don't do as much resi as most of you guys and maybe have been tipped 5 times total.

I get an occasional tip when I solo, however when I introduce my son as my tech maybe. 5% will either tip or say here's $20 I want to buy your and your son's lunch

I get on average $200 or so In tips each year. I did a $500 job last month and she tipped me $100. Biggest tip I've ever received. I told her that i didn't need a tip, especially one that large, bit she insisted. I could see the look in her husbands eyes when she handed me the 100 bill. It was a look of many cuss words that he wanted to say, but held back......... I left ASAP!
