web site progress

hi,,,i have a new web site and im getting some seo for it,,,,,i know it can take months to get results,,may thing is when i say put it say the keywords carpet cleaning dublin im on the first page,now this is down to my lap top,,must be some kind of memory thing,,when im on someone elses im on page five ,i want to track my sites progress and not have to use someone elses computer,,,,what can i do,,thanks

Refresh or restart your browser
Make sure you're NOT signed into Google

I believe you need to delete the cache as well.
