Group Assignment:
Option #1:
IF you have yet to complete a business plan, do so. Think about what you would like to do this year in your business. It may be best to think on paper. Really get a good outline of goals & how you will implement ways of achieving them. A time table is a good idea too.

Option #2:
Assuming you already have a business plan completed re-read it & see what you have managed to accomplish thus far. If you are behind schedule or have made limited progress find out why & correct the problem(s).

And as discussed:
List three tasks you need to complete this week.
List three more you need to do this month.
List a quarterly goal.

Check back in Saturday or Sunday to report your progress![/quote]

These are the things I was working on...

The Go#$*@amn Commercial packet to send out! Can't get that thing done for nothing.

Getting my DYMO to print labels straight from ACT. (Turns out the hours I wasted messing with templates can be remedied by just buying the new 400 series of Dymo which has all that crap included!)

Realtor Postcard--ready to go--just need the freakin labels printed!

Worker's Comp and GL audit.

More Floods monthly mailer--once again labeling creating problems.

Trying to figure out how to have ACT automatically print a reminder postcard--or any type postcard programmed automatically.

Training Ryan to take over all responsibility for the Cleaning division in his new role as Operations Manager.

Summary: Not on track. Way behind. On the other side--had a great week of cleaning and installs with a lil water damage mixed in for fun.

Follow up on all proposals since June 2007: DONE (with 2 exceptions 1 out of business, 1 not available)

Follow up on all mailer since June 2007 about 1/3 way done & may be more trouble than it's worth....

Order business cards: DONE.

Summary: I got a bit of interest from the past contacts & even managed to book a demo at a movie theater... That said, a crap week as far as generating money goes. But I did manage to book a few thing s for next week & next month... Oh yeah, my car & my van both took a dump on me... Drive shaft on the car, maybe the water pump on the van.... Anyone want to buy a van?
