Burdick's is one of those great small companies lucky enough to be in an area that provides plenty of home owners willing and able to pay ridiculous amounts of money to have their floors cleaned.

Happy to be here and kicking myself for not getting on sooner. I go in spurts on these boards. Too easy to get caught up in reading through all the great info (and some of the BS) and posting back.

Very inspired to get more involved after Frisco. And I couldn't resist Mike's charms as he wooed me to his board. There is something about a guy in flip flops and a cowboy hat.....

I believe I was the only one. My only regret....not knowing the dress code for ladies was a bikini....but then again at 40 and with two kids, I couldn't compete with those young ladies/servers!

A lot of our client base is also in Montgomery County and some sprinklings in Delaware County. I think those demographics may be even more impressive. We have a lot if Pharma in this area, Lockheed Martin and the like.

We are very fortunate. But keep in mind, the cost of doing business and cost of living is relative to our pricing structure and revenue.

I live in NYC outer suburbs, trust me, our cost of living is higher, but our median income is much lower. Our average income is probably pretty close. Like I said, I'd give up one of my balls to be in such a good market.
