We prefer the term office cleaning!
Only a couple big sites, our target is $100k or more a year for that service so its a pretty short marketing list here.
The reason is not BB bragging rights, larger sites are easy to manage on a day to day basis, all your equipment is at 1 site and with so many staff at one building when an employee quits,sick, whatever one of the others can cover.
