So, I'm getting a master bedroom ready to be cleaned and notice a very large area that seems to look red(like a fourth of the room), I open blinds, look at it from different angles and so on... Sure enough it's red.

Okay whatever, I gotta go... Pre spray the room and clean half look behind me and the flooking carpets green and red now. wth, is on this carpet?

Grab the guy, have him check out this out. Start asking him what' he's putting on his carpet etc... Turns out his wife cleaned it with her bissell or some crap. Used some kind of oxy product.

Anyways, the red(and green) just rinsed out super easy. Kind nuts, never seen a ph change - change the color like that.

Guy watched as I cleaned the living room and could see an instant difference. I stopped and told him, your carpet looks like this because of all the crap(soap) in it. Take that bottle of stuff your wife has and throw it out right now!

Everybody wants to be a carpet cleaner and thinks MORE is better....:hopeless:

I see that color with pet urine remover, its an oxi crap kind of product.

Usually just rinses out with a neutral rinse.
