I just got this in a letter from a manufacturer who I do contracted regular service for...
The facility went from all carpet to 80% vinyl 20% fluffy stuff..
Good Afternoon Everyone,
I hope this email finds you well. In December 2024, we signed an amendment with *** ******* to add biannual hard surface cleaning to their current program. These services will be combined with the current biannual carpet cleaning and annual upholstery cleaning.
Before scheduling any Q1 services, we will need to evaluate the branches' hard surfaces for square footages by floor type as well as current condition. The amendment is only for maintenance cleaning and the site visit will allow us to present pricing for any restorative or deep cleaning needed prior to starting maintenance. The flooring you will run into includes tile & grout, vct, and lvt/lvp. Please be prepared to take photos and provide details to C***** and I post visit. **** doesn't have all the square footage information for their hard surfaces so they are looking to us to confirm.
Any branches that are too far to visit, please let us know and we will figure out alternatives to get the information needed.
If you have cleaned all hard surfaces within the past six months, you will find that maintenance pricing inside CSC this week. If you like, we can request current photos for you prior to service so your team can be prepared.
Any SOP's related to this work can be found in the CSC library in the **** folder
