What a day....

Phones are screaming today. Mostly booked up through Thanksgiving. A few spot here and there, but if we are booked up this tight now, they will get filled and I'll be adding to the days with the second truck.

Happy to have it like this, but makes me nervous since I know we will have many more than want in between now and then since it's only November 4.

No way we will be able to add pre-vac to our "premium" service and stay on schedule. Guess it will have to wait!

Time schedule wise , couldn't you book all jobs at the "premium" service time? that way you can always get the guys ahead of schedule if customers were not booking the "premium" service. Then you could throw on any extra last minute jobs at the end of the day.
