What a grind-----er!

Just stopped at the local Kroger to get a snack and notice this big son of a biscuit sitting outside.They're taking up the vct and grinding /polishing the concrete with two of these.From the looks of the equipment qnd such,it must be a national company.One of the guys was wearing a shirt with the name of Questmart on it.

Its a triple planetary and looks to be around 48 inches or so.They do the whole process dry.Who knows maybe I'll go back tonite and watch.

I just had some training on one of those, had it hooked up to a huge vac system, whole thing ran off 220

worked for a company for free for a couple of nights to get some training

polished a bunch of concrete in this building

i think eagle was making some of these on a skidsteer platform but maybe a bit wider.
