We have a guy who is wonderful! He has been with us for two years as a tech we just started him in his own van on thurs, Work went fine maybe a little slow but no real problems, other than backing into a pole and bending the bumper up! :?

On fri he made it through all the jokes and work without hitting anything, until backing into the shop he hit the mirror on the passenger side.

I am running out of van!!

Glue reflectors on every side.

Get some blow up air mattresses and tape one on each side for inexpensive bumper guards.

Then maybe he will be a little more careful.

Seriously get a panoramic interior rear view mirror for him it may help with the backing. Also the small round or square ones that stick to the exterior mirrors too.

One of our tech's wasn't paying attention and traffic had stopped at the crest of a hill and he nearly totaled one of our vans.

99-Ford with 83,000 miles. $4000.00 in damage, van is worth $5000.00-maybe $6000.00.

Put $4,000.00 into a $6,000.00 van?

Buy used for $15,000.00, plus paint and lettering...$18,0000.00 :(

Buy new for $22,000.00? :(

Not sure what to do? :?
