What are customers thinking?

I have had my share of customers who buy expensive carpet(smartstrand etc) and there dogs pee everywhere
and they call the store and say wtf, your carpet sucks. I then go in and say what do you expect its carpet, but they
don't get why its getting dirty hmmmm?

Dogs peeing on carpets seems very normal to pet owners.
I don't get it but I understand that it's there.
