I like to give a couple of "Free" jobs. Let them do it and keep the money.

I don't know, it just seems cool to me.
When I worked for someone, I always wished they would give me bonuses that like.

The idea is usually...Pick one Residential job today and you can have it.
Catch is...
You have to pick before you start the day and you can't know what is scheduled...just a time slot maybe.

Then of course the cool way to do it is...just wait for a cash job or two equalling $200.00 or so and give it to them.

I like the second one.

I like the second one.

This would be the one house they up-sell. Plus Mrs.P will want to get the other 10 rooms cleaned after they get their.

I hear ya,
you have to have safeguards in place for that.

And it's good to have someone you can trust...but everybody is human and temptation is just a natural thing.

Every company I have owned or ran(except a national company) I have given 50 cents for every hour work with a max of 2000 hrs. If you called in sick more than 2 days a quarter you were ineligeble for the bonus for that quarter. I always was lenient for serious illnesses
