That Kenworth is pretty cool (DAF sourced?) but is a class 6, probably too hefty and costly to buy and maintain for carpet cleaning use. A class 4 Isuzu/FUSO might be more appropriate, and the US makers are probably content to sell cutaway vans for the segment.
The Ford/Navistar co-op fell apart over reliability issues with the Ford-sourced engines/turbos/fuel systems. Navistar is going back to Cummins engines and may get back into the class 4/5 market with a different partner.
