Yeah Ken we all know you get 1500 calls each and every from just having your purple minivans roaming the slums but for the rest of us who own our jobs I'd like to know what, besides repeats and referrals gets you a job (most) every day?

I think being close to the top on Google local searches seems to be the best. But the custy has to land on a good website to call.

Too soon to see if Yelp will work as I just started suggesting to clients to put up reviews.

Being on top of Google with my website and Google maps has been kicking ass.

Maps with a ton of referrals has been bringing in more work than the website.

Once they see the reviews they quit calling around and they rarely ask about price.

I also, get quite a few jobs every week from the many referral groups I have set up.

Total invested per month for all the above 14 bucks per month.
