I like the "alert" field. here I can make notes about the customer. ie, tips us or is a PIA, or other important info.
This time of year is our "busy season", however this time of year 20-30% of the appointments tend to get rescheduled as people's plans change.
so I blocked alot of days off from the schedule to give me greater control as to whom I'm going to service. Online we are booking the 3rd week in January. so many are requesting a sooner appointment should one open up. What type of customer do you think will be served first?
