You use lower pressure and don't over soak it. Not hard. You can treat the skin with leather cleaning products to keep it more supple. Using an upholstery tool works great. Lay it over a table and work it bit at a time.It is hair. How would you clean the hair without getting the leather saturated? How would you clean a wool rug? Only difference is one is sheep hair one is cow hair with leather. I would handtool or CRB with VLM.
Jesse?Looking that good I'd mist it and use and orek jiggler. Compressor for dust in shop or glided wand for a vac at the home
I have one like that with pigskin.Stupid looking rug
Probably expensive
yes sirJesse?
No clue what my old credentials areyes sir
I've cleaned one, same process, worked fine. How did you make out Mike?I have done several in the shop. Fine fabric presprays and light brushing, then rinse with a neutral rinse. Don't overwet, don't saturate the skin.
Reckoned you just like messing with thin skinned pigs? They didn't want me to mess with it...
