I figured the "option" key is the same as the "alt" key and got what I needed with "option 0". Did not need the 176--go figure. Thanks all!

Yeah, was easier, but it looks stupid on documents you give clients, IMO. Actually, for me, typing option 0 is easier.

Our truck mount reaches 230 degrees f. 100 percent easy. I finally found the % symbol on my phone. Have to toggle between numbers and symbols, then another symbol category, then switch back to letters. So much for technology making our lives simpler.
