Did you PreVac?Carpet was filthy. Came out pretty good a week ago. Customer emailed me these photos today. Said she’s vacuumed from all directions and the stripes are still there.

It’s concrete slab underneath the carpet. The carpet was a little loose, needs to be stretched, could that have anything to do with it?How about floor boards beneath interfering with your results. Doesn't seem like your wand technique could be that consistent (unlike boards.)

What chems?I had it set around 500 psi, which probably gave me around 400 at the wand.
I did not agitate with anything other than some serious scrubbing with the wand.
I used Rocket from Bonnet Pro with a booster. I used an encap purposely since there were lots of spills. Just not where the striping is.Last question. Wh

I’d go back and Rotovac it, because I’d suspect that I left dirt in it.
I’d also clean out my wand jets
