What is your biggest challenge as a carpet cleaner?

advertising?
customer service?
getting your company to make a good profit?
personal schedual (kids, sports, school)?
attracting new customers?
keeping employees?
keeping equipment running?
showing quailty in your services to justify beating out the 10.99 a room hack carpet cleaner?
restraing yourself from telling off a crappy customer?

i'm sure you get what i mean.

so whats your story?

Personal schedule is my toughest challenge now. Getting clients is always gonna be a challenge for any business. I did just pay $100 for 2 ignition coils for my TM. So the TM is going to be running good.

Not being so Anal that I have to do all the work myself and think that no body else in the world can clean my customers carpets.

I was killing myself with all the carpet cleaning and still taking care of the business part.

I OWN A NEWER BUSINESS AND MY BIGGEST PROBLEM IS UNDERBIDDING, I almost always bid short of what i could get

That is alot of company's biggest problem. We should all learn to bid more, advertise more and stop stepping on eachothers dicks.

Are we in this to make money or what?
