Jeffrey, that looks like a 6' long table that splits in half.

It is also a fixed height??

I use one that is 4' long, also splits in two like yours, but has three height adjustable settings for different height people.

It stays in the van all the time.

I do like the upholstery tool because, in the bucket above in the last picture I scrub the sofa with fabric shampoo and because this tool is clear you can see when the suds are gone. I use to have that old hydramaster tool and I liked that as well but that one sometimes the jets got cloged. I do like the idea that you can see if there is hair stuck inside the tool. I have 5 different upholstery tools. So I do like this tool @Mikey P

In my left hand on your right side is a Prochem upholstery tool It has it's place like cleaning the inside of a boat or cleaning a car or the right and left sides of the stairs or around a toilet but I am not sure why they call it an upholstery tool . In this picture we were cleaning 3 sofas and one was 20 long, so my wife and I were both running an upholstery tool . I was using the Prochem. We ran the hoses all the way back to the truck, that way we did not loose vacuum

It is easy to adjust the water pressure and it feels good in my hand and easy to clean with . there is a lot of dry tools out there and I am sure there are all good . I do like the long hose. The stainless steel jets are a plus

I use the couch or the chair as a table, stacking up the seat cushions to cleaning height and go from there.

Works for me.

I use this one from Home Depot. Folds up and nice and rigid.
