I have added several other services such as carpet repair, wood floor cleaning , area& orientals,t&g, strip and wax, and small water losses. I have found it a bit easier to breathe being qualified to do other services because it feels like the competition is way too stiff to be a carpet cleaner alone. Do most of you guys only clean carpet or is there alot of other things you do to diversify yourself and stay busy?

60% Duct Cleaning
40% Carpet & other cleaning (T&G upholstery)

I spend way more time carpet cleaning, but duct cleaning is a bit more profitable.
