At least 70% but I pre spray at 90%.

about 95%, depends mostly on what service they ask for
I've a Whittaker for the deep scrubs and a Sebo for lighter

Probably 50% or so. Mostly per spray well, dwell time and they clean up great. NLT the real nasties do I power scrub.

Now that I lost my one and only restaurant acct. I don't scrub any. After I switched to Cobbs Powermax I didn't even scrub it any more because I couldn't see any difference in side by side tests.

I use a scrub brush on a Broom Handle it's a lot lighter than a 175 and does an amazing job also easy for stair cases.

probably about 10% most other carpets I just don't see the need for it, you will not be able to tell a difference.
