I received a call from the branch manager of a national janitorial company, they manage the cleaning of a jewelry store in the mall. They’ve got 3 locations ‘in my area’, how much will it cost? Not for all the tea in China....

I like when I get a call from the store the day of the cleaning scheduled asking "why aren't you here yet?"

"Because I turned it down"

"So you are not our cleaners?"

"do you know who is supposed to be cleaning for us"?

Nope....

15 minutes later, we get a call from the subcontracting company asking if we won't reconsider for an additional $20? "the other company didn't show up and won't answer their phone"

Welp...... After three reminders and an email (their phone isn’t working) BEST Retail Solutions is 65 days and $425 in my wallet.

I also was asked by another outfit called NEST if I’d travel 130 miles for a $65 job.

My answer would shame my Momma.
