Of those of you that clean hard surfaces as well as carpet, what surfaces do you clean, and please also let us know in a message what percentage of your business any or all of these surfaces represent in your business.

You can clean just about anything with a hard floor wand..

VCT is because of Janitorial contracts, maybe 10%. Tile and grout are much more prevalent in residential, but we still don't clean a bunch of it 15%.

Clean any floor covering you like. Don't do much, maybe 5%.

Percentage wise I clean and polish way more stone, then carpet and tile, everything else just falls into place.

shoot i can and will, and have cleaned and/or polished just about anything...

BUT you have to be careful and dont just go all wild....

Had a couple the other day moving in ask if i could clean their laminate.....told her i would have to look at it....uhhhh no....that cheaper stuff you get from HD or Lowes....just dont even think about it.....you can/will make those seams swell up with the amount of water your tools put out....

just tell them they can mop it themselves.....now i did clean the carpet and tile in 2 bathrooms....

But my % are all over the map.....natural and concrete has gone down....
