Hy-Vee, Grocery Stores, Walgreens-The really stiff stuff lol..

I'm doing a Menards coming up.

Is it Olefin?? Nylon??? Polyester???

Is the pre-scrub or post pad more beneficial???

I'm most likely going to pre-scrub with fiber pad and Releasit DS or Snake Oil and Pre treat and extract with PowerMax/End Zone

Would a citrus or butyl pre spray be more beneficial?? Or is it the scrubbing and/or heat???

I've got the EVO wand with Original teflon SLOT glide. I'm guessing stick with the glide instead of a normal AW-29 unglided????

If you are located in the upper states and it is loaded with salt, you are going to need a prespray and rinse on the acidic side.

If not you can probably get by with regular prespray and wand it out.

If they are like the home depot I got talked into cleaning last week, you are not going to get paid that well to spend a lot of time on it and they are not looking for you to do that much work on it.

Will find my pics shortly and post them here.

Nothing too special

Here are the only 3 pics I have remaining....and they are ugly. Sorry about the focus issue and they really are not showing the soil level.

The 2 long shots are the after. I just layed down the prespray....gave a little dwell time and start extracting out to the van.

I low balled myself...900 sq ft for $175...All other bids were $180 or 190...

Remember I have no propane heat, only heat exchangers to try and keep up...so it's scrubbing and pre-spray for me

It's not showing alot of white/salt tracks...steam vacing once a night may have helped the salt...

End Zone says it's an acid rinse so should be ok if I dilute it at high ratio>?

We did a chain of supermarkets one year.
Scrubbing with a brush and acid rinse worked well.

Encap and salt do not go well together, acid rinse.

I think you will be fine with the End Zone. As far as the heat, not sure if that will be as imperative. We run Butler units. Mine are high heat units, but my one Brother cleaned a similar carpet with his regular heat butler (About 220 or so at the van).

Sounds like you can basically spray it down, and suck it up.....collect the money!

Hope it goes well.
