what type of insurance

I have my business plan and everything almost finished, im not sure sure what type and how much insurance i need.im going to do about 80% residential and 20% commercial.

Some have had problems getting insurance to begin with.

I have all my coverage with State Farm, but when I was younger with no history I was with Ohio casualty. They were the only company my agent could find me.. Well that I could afford anyways.

if you have done any janitorial work in the past let your agent know. I did janitor work at a warehouse i worked at and it got me some so called experience.

Here in California, I got the best insurance through my carpet cleaners association. If you are a member the insurance agency offers a nice package.
