See if you can get a hold of some Gator Wash. Its an environmentally safe wash for oil.

NuClean

I saw a test with this cutting through bearing grease. I use it for T/G all the time. I cannot say that knowingly used to cut motor oil, but have done plenty of dirty commercial (non restaurant) jobs with it.

pros choice pro-zyme plus and osr. i mix it 1 scoop of each to a gallon of water in a 2 gallon stainless steel sprayer using 160 degree water. sometimes i add an extra scoop or two of the pro-zyme on the real nasty ones. sometimes the grease and oil will disappear before i clean it.

it works great for me.

Go to O'Riley's auto parts and pick up a couple gallons of "Dirve Up" its about 8 bucks a gallon, just boost whatever high ph prespray you got. Put some defoamer in your vac hose every now and then!!!
